Halliday Clark completed the refurbishment of this quaint lakeland cottage within the grounds of Applethwaite Country House overlooking Derwentwater.
In an uninhabitable state prior to restoration the building was close to dereliction.
Restored and extended in a sympathetic manner using local tradesmen with exceptional craftsmanship, this lakeland cottage now provides a modern 2-bedroom accommodation, with living spaces located on the first floor to take full advantage of the stunning views towards the lake.
